Let’s come back in pictures on the INSA Open Days in Strasbourg 26.01.2019

On Saturday 26 January, INSA Strasbourg held its open days. This is a privileged moment to communicate with the whole school and the general public about the ELCOD project and the UAV projects. Many high school students and their parents, sometimes more curious, stopped by our booth to get information about the drones and more specifically about the Stork UAV.

The questions focused mainly on materials used, manufacturing and electronics. We talked about the IMAV (International Micro Air Vehicle) the competition we participated in in Melbourne in November 2018 (See the article on IMAV conferences).

For the occasion, our team worked hard to ensure that the wings, rudders and stablisers were covered in the colour of the project (white and navy blue). The Stork UAV now has almost finished wings and we will be able to move on to the realization of the fuselage which is currently in the state of Master Mold.

The day was attended by nearly 2800 visitors at the NHI, allowing us to reach a wide audience.
