In order to achieve the ambitious goals of the ELCOD-project and to enable the strengthening of cooperation between universities and industry in the sense of the INTERREG-program, we work hand in hand with regional SMEs. Each of these companies is an expert in its field and an important partner of our Project.
GeneSys handles a diverse and broad business segment in the fields of gyroscope measurement, laser metrology, inclination measurement and image processing, and as a system house for sensor technology also integrates sophisticated sensor technologies. They support the project in the area of flight control as well as general sensor technology.
The start-up company In’Air Solutions supports the CNRS|ICPEES research and development in the field of analytical chemistry for the measurement of air pollution and the commercialization of results and products.
MaHyTec offers innovative solutions in the field of energy storage, in particular hydrogen storage for mobile and stationary applications, and specializes in the development and testing of composite hydrogen tank systems and has extensive expertise in the field of fuel cell drives. Since no comparable expert is based in the Upper Rhine region, the company from the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region could be won over for this project. They support the project in the field of alternative propulsion systems, e.g. in the development of a tank system for a fuel cell unit.
There is no company with a comparable portfolio or comparable expertise in the Upper Rhine region. The company has a large know-how in the realization and construction plastic and composite parts, especially in the field of light aircraft and large scale models. It supports the project in the areas of mold design and structural design, in particular with regard to composite materials.
Looking for the future, we want to expand our network to representatives from industry and science and plan an active engagement in relevant professional associations.
